This website is operated by Tomb Clock. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tomb Clock. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies they refer to.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site. 2. Our products

Our watches use quartz movements and are designed for everyday wear.
Water resistance ratings (for example, 30 m or 10 m) are listed on each product page. Unless a product page says otherwise, our watches aren't made for swimming, showering, diving or water sports.
We do our best to show colors, finishes and details accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
Product availability can change at any time, and we may limit quantities.

3. Prices and promotions

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
Prices, products and descriptions can change at any time without notice.
Promotions such as "2 for $200" are applied automatically at checkout when your cart qualifies.
Promotions can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so, and can be changed or ended at any time.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it's placed, for reasons such as:

Pricing, product or description errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors
Products that are no longer available

If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly if anything changes.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs and destinations are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it may sometimes contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We may correct these at any time, and update or cancel affected orders, without prior notice.

7. Third-party tools and links

Our site may include tools, services or links provided by third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or practices. Your use of third-party tools and websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Comments and feedback

If you send us comments, ideas, reviews or other feedback, we may use them in any way without any obligation to you, including compensation or confidentiality. You agree that your comments won't be unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights, and won't contain viruses or malicious code.

Tomb Clock won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Tomb Clock harmless from any claims, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Payment disputes

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us at support@tombclock.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved faster directly with us.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed, and the rest of the Terms will stay in full effect.

16. Termination

These Terms stay in effect until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by no longer using the site. We may end your access at any time if we believe you've broken these Terms. You'll remain responsible for any amounts owed up to that point.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and Tomb Clock and replace any earlier agreements or communications about the site.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. This doesn't remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page, with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them. Please check this page from time to time.
